Kung Fu Lesson #2
Here is the second lesson. Now instead just moving back and forth and striking the air you can introduce a target. To warm up and cool down you can return to Lesson #1 where you are simply moving back and forward in a shifting single sided stance aka dan been ma.

Side Stance
This technique can be done fast for cardio, low for strength training, and if done slowly can be used as moving meditation. This is the first in a series of drills that will train your stance as well as fighting techniques and have you a master at Kung Fu in no time.
Practice the simple moving first for a few days before adding too many techniques. After a week you should be ready to move on to the next drill which we will be posting soon.
Kung Fu is easier if you learn a little bit at a time. Even if you are an advanced practitioner you can still do this drill. I do a simple version of this every morning. It's also nice because you are unlikely to pull anything doing this slowly.
